ABOUT PRODUCTS

The 5v is brighter and has a tighter pattern. Every single LED will change.
The Extreme will go in a group of 3 LEDs that change together.

Yes we now have springs available on our website. You yourself would be the best judge on if you would need a spring. Also depends a lot on where you plan on mounting your whips -- REMEMBER the most flexible part on the whip will be the middle of the whip -- not the base of the whip.

DO NOT PUT 3'X5' FLAGS ON OUR WHIPS. Small flags are okay, but putting a HEAVY flag on your whips will break them.

You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via Contact Us as long as it is not shipped.

SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGES

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 7-10 business days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
We try our hardest to make sure if you order before 1pm, that it gets shipped out that same day. We do not ship Saturday. Anything ordered Friday after the cut off time will ship out the following Monday.

* These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees but we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.

If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 1-2 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

No we do not offer free shipping.

Yes, you can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us.

Yes, but some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact us page if you can't see your country listed at the checkout and would like to discuss international ordering options.

ORDER & PAYMENT

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

To add an item to your cart, select ADD TO CART on the product page. After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, and quantity, and fitment. When you are ready to order, select the CHECKOUT button located in your shopping cart. Enter a Shipping Address. Select your method of PAYMENT.

We accept all major credit & debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay as well as PayPal. You can choose the option that's most convenient for you during the checkout process.
